Check out the link above. Q is still sponsoring H1B visas and Green Cards. Under Case Type drop down PERM is for Green Cards.

How can they sponsor H1Bs and Green Cards when so many people have been laid off? Q has to certify that there are not enough U S citizens to fill these jobs.

Dream on, OP. If it even looks like Trump might win, Irwin will cut a check with lots of zeros in it for Trump's campaign and the two of them will suddenly become BFFs. Wait for the tweet in October....

President can and should prosecute companies that violate visa quotas and circumvent our immigration laws and worker programs. However, Donald Trump would never keep this or any of his promises unless the outcome is to enrich his pockets. All Qualcomm has to do is book a few conferences in his hotels, and keep at it until he backs off.

Trump is not a statesman. He thinks he can run a country like he runs his companies, hiring and firing at will, having his companies declare bankruptcy whenever it benefits him, bullying, suing others as he sees fit, ...

I would not trust him with the control of my country.

Why would you prosecute if no law was broken? Congress passed laws to allow this.

Trump says a lot. Does he walk the talk? I seriously doubt.
