EARC_Aberdeen. More office employees than field employees. What is going on ?

Whatever many office staff not really required, and certainly not pulling weight. Eg; my assistant, the girl in next office takes a least 1 - 2 days per week off sick, part time work for full time salary. Anyway do not really need her, but she looks pretty, that's why I keep her.
