If I started a business that bought University of Phoenix degrees from people who no longer wanted them and removed the names of them and then resold them and reprinted names of new customers would there be a market for that? What would be the going rate a University of Phoenix grad would sell his fake degree for?

Better scam would be finding a way to create phony students and get millions for free from the government. They would probably never catch on since so many of these phony schools are doing basically the same damn thing.
This practice has already been outsourced to Pakistan.
