So... you layoff the people that review documents and certify files. Student escalation goes up because everything takes more time. This leads to more work for the ones that are left and a far worse environment for everyone. Decreasing payroll, improving the bottom line for the moment.
You try to get help from management and they pass the buck. They smile because they don't have to be on this horrendous service crew covering for other advisors who have no clue and should have been laid off. Other than NPS and the occasional ESI call there is no oversight by most managers.
You get little to no training for the new system that they are trying to implement. This is the same system which will end up replacing many of the functions that you currently do. These systems don't work, which i guess is a good and bad thing and are constantly up and down. No worries of getting laid off for a while...
I definitely love my paycheck and many members of my team, but it's not worth it. Looking elsewhere...
