Poor old fifers yet again moaning about pay offs You lot need to learn to work As an old Multiflex guy i remember 2008 when all the blue nosed fifer management payed of the Multiflex guys no and i did not get payed off but was happy to leave and now work with a company that can build umbilical.Funny its full of old Multiflex guys We were all very highly skilled workers, and i mean a lot higher than you lot but the old blue nose clowns paid us of so that you could get your family and friends in BTW you still cant build umbilical ask BP

It will be a grand day when it shuts down then you lot can go back to turnip picking or do you need a Pid number for that Ha Ha

Oceaneering are the scum of the earth to their employees, looking from the outside, no one is happy.

Can you blame them?

Low wages with poor conditions

Got a terrible reputation on our vendors list

Bosses live on an untouchable cloud which does not reflect any reality within the company.

Meetings are filled with broken promises and lies, and a complete inability to deliver

Govt minimum redundancy due to the company having no money?

However they are still in profit. Maybe not as much as they once were, but still profit.

Instead, they choose to lay off hundreds of long term employees who have been faithful to the company for years. Then to add insult, they impose terms that are so unfair, that they will affect everyone's futures.

The workforce WILL be taking industrial action. The newspapers will be told. Hopefully TV will be told about this disgraceful lack of respect towards its employees.

They haven't allowed press coverage of very little of the hundreds, thousands? they laid off in the last 2 years. What is even left in Rosyth with that many people gone? Seriously? Why are the doors even open. Another place I haven't heard about are layoffs at the Angola facility after BP walked out or the facility in Brazil. How can a public company keep this so quiet? I have never even seen a WARN announcement for layoffs in the US.
