The boys would say Houston finished doing layoffs. Then skid a half dozen field hands the following week. Houston just tells camps that they are safe.

What gives is that there are too many competitors and we can't run lean like them. We are mandated from above to have a PDC dude & 4 coordinators doing the job of an ops manager with very few jobs. All who are paid handsomely. Can't win structurally.
