How these RDS Cons are been protected and hardworking, revenue generating geoscientists are been layed off. I understand merging then with geoscience but they have no experience or knowledge of what geoscience does....and now they are expected to run the geoscience business....I just want to know how the heck the big bosses don't see this...how they not question the decisions been made...there are so of these Cons been moved in the GSC just to protect them....why no one is asking what their expertise are and how much revenue they have generated in last 2 years....I bet it will show negative but still they are been protected by someone....

Company need geoscience, but we need make sure all Geoscientist know what they doing, NOT ONLY KNOW click the "RUN"
RDS is FKing a joke, many white hair knew FKing nothing about the curves, I am sad and crazy sad about it.
Problem is you don't whom you can trust to open talk what you think, because him may be just one of these useless and careless
Go ahead and tell the customer that we will only give you the tools without any processing or interpretation and then come back and let us know how many clients agreed to that. If that was the case then no service company will ever had a geoscience division. BHI had been a tool company for decades and never focused on FE where as SLB has always been an FE company rather than a tools. If that mentality can change then BHI can really prosper...The RDS Cons...totally useless...
The geoscience can survive and becoming important only because the field operation quality was down to the drain. The biggest job Geoscience did is to talk BS in customer office, manipulating the data and coverup sh--.
Geoscientists, what a laugh. The most useless, money wasting division in BHI.
They are protecting by their Great CV, most of The SMEs doesn't know the business and always talk BS during customer visit, many customer knew who they are and what they can contribute BUT NOT BAKER management.
Baker management only check CVRs, the quantity I mean.
RDS is heavy head too, they can have one director,2- 3 managers and then 2-3 supervisors AMONG 20 people, what A joke.
