My manager very upset with me for giving negative feedback for him and for his vp, other also in same position asked to quit or will be put on pip. telugu mangers all close to qipl vp. local hr slaves of qipl vp. somebody investigate clear connection of giving bad climate survey feedback and people quitting or piped in coming few months

I don't understand ... if they keep sending out people on PIP won't someone inside realize they are victimized ???
I put down that I "strongly agreed" with most of the wh--ecomments on Layoffs.com. Will that get me laid off, or put on probation?
That it is equal to suicide at QCOM for sure. Wrap up your resume, land on a job, ask to be laid off and move on.
I left a lot of 'strongly disagree' checks, but nothing's happened to me yet. If something was going to happen should it already have happened?
@ 1arv: You apparently have me confused with someone who is too afraid of management to do anything but follow orders that make no sense, from people who are at least 30 IQ points below mine. I can always find another job--which I did. Working conditions are much better, and substantial bump in salary, plus better benefits, as well. : )
HR handbook: Employees who lose their natural fear of the management and become negative/aggressive must be put into PIP plan or fired.
