Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

How bad is it really? Let's hear it.

My fellow FA'S, I would like to hear from you. I would like to hear how miserable the working conditions are now especially since the layoffs in April. I know my team is miserable, but I am wondering if it is that way across the board? How bad are the calls now? How many calls turn escalated due to issues with Vocado. How many calls end up escalated due to issues with SFS-O? Do you find yourself wishing you had taken the voluntary layoff in April when you had the chance?

Vocado is a nightmare. Students are pissed! A few people on my team are getting ready to leave. My manager and director are not approachable.

I was laid off last September along with 15 other financial advisors in my office. Let me tell you it's hard finding a job making what I left at right now. I encourage you to save as much as you can.

Since when has Help Desk every helped anyway? All they are is a middle man, make that one of 2 middle men. Worthless.

Very miserable. I hate vocado. Spent a lot of time dencrypting things that is more easy with People Soft. Also have a lot of issues to match information from people soft and for some reason (or everyone knows) all the processes are slow to complete. Help Desk have a lot to do, resolutions take a lot and also chat is unavailable.
