Is there any manual made available to employees that clearly states that company can change anyone employment status? Some geomobile employees in my location became HCR after loosing benefits. However, they still have their Impatriation Premium, that is valid for 5 years. If they have their Impatriation Premium, how is it possible that SLB put them as HCR???

Pretty much everybody on GM status was knocked down to HCR by now, few exceptions.
I was CM "Career Mobile" a while back which they discontinued and made me IM in SAP but never told me or gave me anything for it. Upon the next transfer I was told and that was the reason I would not get anything... Terrible company
They can do that because they are just benefits, arbitrary designations, and are not mandated by any particular government. Companies weigh the cost and decide whether or not to offer them based on what they think they can get away with before people become disgruntled and leave. In this particular case they probably get their premium bonus for some time to 'help' reduce the sting of getting reduced overall wages and benefits.
