Aye Fermer Fred, you hit thon nail on the heid there. They frittered awa a' the money wi' movin' fowk aw ower the toon. I ken o' ane that wis shifted 9 times in 11 years. Gypsies wi' money tae waste is the management o' that place, paying way ower the odds fir a consultant mannie who basically telt them fir tae dae. Naebody could challenge him an' he held sway ower the vertical plumbing gods.
