Is people still getting PIP bonuses, employees are getting laid-off and your still getting bonuses Now I'm really pissed off. Everyone is right about this company bunch of bull sh-- management we have. Wait till I show my co-workers this post.

This so common at SLB, people are promoted to managerial positions having no skill or relevant technical experience, as long as they tick all the boxes and believe or pretend to adopt latest corporate nonsense in order to get promoted.
Honesty and hardwork count for nothing now, the result is a company with extremely poor moral and a very dissatisfied and divided workforce.
Until a major change of direction which recognises and rewards hardwork , personal integrity, and workplace skill at all levels within SLB are judged to be the criteria for promotion to management this will never improve.
You can work there for 20+ year, talent or not but still cannot avoid the layoff. The good experience i have with slb is coworker, some really smart and friendly. The bad experience i have is also co worker, too much backstabing favortism, and some idiot who family relative with mamager. I see a good machinist at slb ,just finish me degree and got promoted. 3 month later he got layoff. What really upset me is the replacment is an idiot manager relative, his bachelor degree has nothing to do with engineer.
