My Indian boss just walked up to me in Building 2. Told me that I am impacted. She is not. She is some Chief of Operations, Chief of Staff to the Indian VP. She told, that I can choose to not take the package if I wish too.
What are my options? Why is HR not involved? I am scared, please help
