Schmidt is a 24 carat a--hole. I had the misfortune of working alongside this waste of skin for many years. Surprised he has managed to pull his head out Butero's a-- and relocate to Arts.
Art used to be on the Board of Directors for the Indian company, so why not??
I disagree that Scott is a Kiss a$$ to Art - Scott will kiss any a-- as long as it gets him where he wants to go)) Art makes decisions and none has the balls to disagree even when the decision is plainly wrong. Remember the decision to shut Belfast plant.....
Had to laugh at the title of this post since the man seems clueless. Been disappointed with him so far and this wouldn't suprize me. Lots of bad decisions. Just look at who he has chosen for his "leadership team" for example.

I wouldn't say no to getting relocated to India. Married status contract though
Not surprised - woodlands hq is prime real estate these days so expect it to close soon and everyone gets shifted elsewhere
