Any thoughts about Advanced Services? I remember from an interview - advanced Services was profitable this year.

I have from an inside source that only voluntary, aka employees can choose to take the package in TS, will be offered. The TAC is still trying to build up, not scale down.
That's why most of the haters come from TAC :)
TAC engineers in India is an overworked horses ...most engineers within few years show symptoms of mental ailments due to the excessive work & pressure .
Once the young TAC engineers are chewed up when they are young and have no juice left they are split out via a layoff !!
TAC is anyways an ailing organization .They make and sell crappy products and blame TAC engineers for low customer satisfaction when products , processes and BUs are dysfunctional .
