There may be layoffs in October month this year...Avaya may layoff between 2000-3000 employees.....Careful guys and please post as much as you can...It can save someone career....

Only some parts are for sale.. not full Avaya...
This is too much, this post must be some high level guy. In Avaya every thing is very transparent and this is good example. CEO is telling that company is for sale and now some stupid fellow are telling this could not happen. Everybody is trying to save their a--. and wasting more money till someone f**k them off. No executive should be believed. They do something in office and else for their benefit and Pune head leaving the company is good example of it. Similarly in Bangaluru. Those are smart are finding their way out and dumb folks still have a lot of time to gossip.
I believe the context is Avaya is looking purchase Latent. Though same point, how can Avaya afford anything? Though there is no external posting or statement to the fact that Avaya is looking to purchase Latent.

How do you supposed a company like latent view with 2 mil in revenue can pay down 617 million dollars?
They have eye on Latent view company....what will happens to their eyes then...who will pay their debt...their cash is down from last year and 616 million debt is coming for October 2017....whts going on
