My experience is not unique and many have been in my shoes. Anyhow, I am a non-Indian, US-based consulting executive with an advanced degree and over 15 years of professional experience.
I joined CTS about three years ago, many things were promised, CTS was going to play the consulting game with the big boys, growth, opportunity, etc. At CTS, merit has no meaning or value, you will not be promoted unless you are a yes-man on the leash tied to an account manager. I will be laid off because I refuse to relocated on a whim of short-sighted and self-serving account managers who insist on travelling to client engagements.
CTS will not pay expenses for employee travel and will not bill clients for expenses since expense amounts impact their PERCEIVED profitability! CTS is a joke of a company. If you are an experienced professional – you should stay away from CTS and inexperienced managers that pretty much have no clue what they are doing.
