Thread regarding Baker Hughes Inc. layoffs

Times change and the BHI corporation obviously peaked MANY-MANY YEARS ago

Split up BHI just like the 1984 Baby Bells. Different distinct business company units can ACTUALLY nimbly compete and this will tend to reduce these ongoing layoffs. The current corporate arrangement only serves the very top administration at the detriment of shareholders. All other Employees are of course ill served in this current LETHARGIC corporate organization. Baker Hughes is MULTI-LAYERED with an Outdated administration in all business units at all levels. We all know them. Take your pick.

Be careful , Baker is buying their stock back every time their stock goes down . Now why are they doing this ? This is a huge bet that when their business comes back the stock could go up a whole lot . Guess who owns it BHI. A 45.00 stock could go up to say 60.00 . The company sells it for 60 .00 at a 25% profit.

This could be a dangerous game of chicken that the business comes roaring back and Baker Hughes gets their fair share ... Baker management is betting they will be out of this in two years .
