Very poor state of motivation in SHTC, UK because all the events that are coming up in next 2 months.
Whoever wrote summary, forgot to add this:
SHTC will be doing employees survey in September and people who vote low score will be put on redundancy list in October
So for SHTC the rumours are as follows:
Redundancy exercise closure for Q2 only. He did not rule out any further redundancies.

Can any of this be confirmed?
The consultation period is a legal requirement a process a company as to follow once a decision for redundancies has been taken. Therefore the decision is made and redundancies will happen if consultations are in progress.
Is there Amber S among them? I've heard a rumor that her manager Richard B in MI SWACO Houston is keeping her position at any cost and at expense of many others because they are friends whilst this person (actually both of them) are useless. Is this how u guys operate in G Britain?

According to the centre manager at SHTC the redundancy book is closed and Southampton is just a rumour - now who on earth can we believe these days?
