It's quite out of character to have any sort of new program or procedure roll out and not see the phrases of it integrated into training, posters or printed material. There is no printed material on this program available to hourly associates. You can't follow or enforce a program if you don't know what it is. . . unless it's not actually a program at all.

I like the joke "path to padlock" this whole P2P garbage is what it is preparing the stores for liquidation. I am thinking the next thing on this P2P checklist is DC's closings probably emptying the warehouse means they will ship stuff to all of the P2P stores and fill up the stockrooms to continue to prep them for liquidation.
I am thinking after Christmas 2016 is when DC's start to be emptied/shutdown. And then the massive store closing start?
How many of you guys think one of the P2P steps involves DC's shutting down after Christmas?
they dnt update things for select stores if its not company wide.
