The Director, IT Program Management is responsible for managing a portfolio of IT projects, including providing project-specific support, as required.
These project cover a full range on projects including enterprise transformational IT projects ($10 - $20 million) , mid-range project ($3-$5 million) and a full deliver portfolio consisting of 100 – 150 smaller projects per year.
The Director will have a critical leadership role within Mattel Global Information Technology (GIT) and will provide leadership, project management capabilities, and work experience to successfully deliver technology capabilities.
The Director works as the representative of the CIO to provide oversight over GIT projects. In addition, the Director will be accountable for managing the portfolio of IT projects to ensure they have appropriate resources, remain on track and on budget.
