Apollo Group and University of Phoenix have several civil lawsuits pending court or appeals. The two most significant are:
(1) Aldrich and Nolan v University of Phoenix regarding their firing after they refused to prey on military veterans. Aldrich and Nolan can appeal but it's more likely that University of Phoenix will make a settlement to shut them up.
