Is anyone in these new grocery/specialty/whole body positions? How is that experience running between 3 teams? Do you feel like you can answer customer questions in departs that have so many specific product details?

This should be a joke, but unfortunately, it is not. Whole Foods Market RIP.
In my store the TMs do not cross service the customers even though the teams have combined.
My store has been a "Grobodiality" team for almost a year now. We were the first in my region (South) because of our super low volume status (<$200k weekly). It has been okay so far. We have a TL and 2 ATLs. TL has been focusing his energies on grocery and the two ATLs focus more on Whole Body and Specialty. Because we didn't open as a combined team, the team members were kind of having a hard time transitioning to recognize all three teams as one big team. I think it would have been better if we opened the store combined so it eliminates the team members only working in the team they started in before combo.
It was only 3 teams because we we're told they were 3 teams. Not a big deal you just got to adjust to the new norm and it will be fine
Too early for any credible feedback on this. I'm sure you will get some strong opinions come Holiday time.
