WOW! You all need a life, go find a hobby. You make me want to actually call the EAP number.
More likely they are now hiring only those with the desired "skill sets" to become compliant, incompetent, employees who can easily be molded into the desired molds of management.
It's not back up. However, due to government laws they have to show that they are actively hiring...I already was told there is a hiring freeze.
No it does not they are taking off the employees so they are leaving so they have to hire to replace them
