HR and Legal know too much. Time to hire fresh ignorance.

HR has two new high level positions. Legal has added staff since last layoff. Finance mostly replaces employees as they leave, but the are too many accountants already. Hard to tell what IT does.
Noble spending money advertising in Colorado is a joke. Everyone knows they a bunch of carpetbaggers. People in Colorado could care less about them. But the TV stations love them!
Anadarko and Encana don't need to advertise. Noble is spending money doing it for them.
Why am I not seeing commercials from companies like Encana, Anadarko or any other oil and gas companies?
The commercials are trying to keep the proposed set back legislation off the November ballot in Colorado. They need 98,000 verified signatures for it to get on the ballot. If it were to be passed it would have a huge impact on drilling in Colorado. It could potentially shut down DJ operations. Obviously that would have a negative impact on everyone working for Noble in Colorado along with every other operator. I don't know about hiring. Best guess is people have resigned and they need to fill those positions.
