HSE, SD, Finance, HR would be a good start. These organisations still are heavily staffed with too many managers, supervisors, with only 2 or 3 DRs. If we are not drilling why do we need HSE/R support? The Learning Teams are also a joke. Why are we staffed to support these types of functions when they add absolutely no value? Still heavily staffed with expats too. Why all the expats both in the U.S. and Canada? These are additional costs that are impacting the bottom line.

Everyone not required in the short term to maintain production guidance should be in danger. Pretty much anyone working the JV lands with Cenovus isn't needed. Anyone working on new ventures also of limited use in the current price environment.
