In all for the quarter, Noble reported a loss of $315 million, or 73 cents a share, wider than a loss of $109 million, or 28 cents a share, a year earlier. Operating expenses grew 23% from a year earlier.

So Noble lost $206 million MORE in 2016 versus 2015 for the same quarter. Yikes! So when do they start with the next round of layoffs?????
