Has anyone notice the increase of these guys in our group? WTF why are we laying off good guys only to hire these people. What gives??

These could be the wanna be Slum managers that didn't make it at Slum and have weaseled their way into our team. Let's face it, we're not the best when it comes to the selection for managers. Case in point our CEO Bernard J. Duroc-Danne.

SLB is taking over top management jobs in all service companies. SLB has a reputation for training disciplined managers good at controlling costs. Shareholders like them.
