Has anyone that opted into the class action received further word? Rumor has it, the case was settled and info would be given "shortly." That was a month ago... Just curious!

Not to mention they did away with our salaries because of this law suit I'm guessing.
I received mine 2 weeks ago in louisiana. I plan to sign it being they settled admitting no wrong doing. Somebody has to get it. And if you don't take it the lawyers will get more.
