Isn't it funny how when morale is in the toilet the people attack each other instead of placing blame on the ones that made the decisions that destroyed the company? HR hates IT, IT hates geologists, geologists hate field workers, the field workers hate everyone. Kind of like blacks, whites, and Hispanics hate each other and the rich and poor and democrats and republicans. Why don't we hate politicians and execs that laugh all the way to the bank while we bicker amongst ourselves.

My 2nd Theorem Of The Universe: Corporations are the metaphysical equivalent of a dung heap,... the ripest, most active, most virulent forms of life are always those at the lowest layers. As one progresses to the top of the dung heap, their aroma may improve, but their contribution to the purpose of the dung heap, lessens to the point of irrelevance. I don't know what I just said, but am pretty sure I'm on to something, here and that it has relevance to Chevron,... if someone, smarter than I, can just figure it out.
