They do get cash - they get your cash for 6 months to use as they want. it says in the terms and conditions it is not ring-fenced and can be used for any corporate purpose

Hell no! Have not seen a raise for years. The bonus I use to receive is no more. No matching 401. If I leave or get laid off I just give away the vacation hours I have earned. This is not in my best interest at all.

ESPP is a good thing when you work for a company with a solid track record. WFT is not one of these. Sorry Bernie, I will stay away from it and put my money somewhere else.

Not a stock expert. But if the game is buy low, sell high, this should be the time to get in. However, with the oil futures trending down / stagnant prices lingering well into 2017 it could be a while before the stock regains serious value...if it does at all. I'm still not sold on WFT being out of the woods yet. I don't think il be enrolling.
