Yes. The labs are running, the TEDC building is at about 75% occupancy. Manufacturing just got new occupants (not sure what dept). Engineering building 2nd floor is still going, as is the warehouse although there are fewer employees than last year at this time. WHEC is still doing classes.
Tomball has been hit hard with the layoffs, but with the decline in domestic tracking, coil tubing and pressure pumping, that's not really surprising. People are worried, but doing their best in an uncertain market. Shame the Admin building is all but vacant, but if/when things ramp up again, occupancy can happen almost immediately.
It ain't BJ, but its far from over.
