The question should be "Where would Josh be". He is only where he is because of Optimus. The VP of Engineering before had done an exemplary job for YEARS and ALL of his employees were upset when Josh was given his position. How can you be a VP over people when you don't even know how to do their job??!! Having an obnoxiously huge truck doesn't mean you should have a huge paycheck. But that doesn't matter if you're up the right person's a--. If you're a woman, not Indian, not a GRDP, or over 40, you're screwed. The money they could pay you was s---ed into a counterproductive system that never works.

I wasted more time trying to fix Optimus problems than being productive. It's inefficient. Legacy was fine before. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

because the top management & Indian Supervisors getting bribe from the Contractors and bringing in their own Family Members & Friends. FIRE all those INDIAN Supervisors in the SUSTAIN (and one supervisor recently moved in to ITT with the help of Anty Krebs) that are involved in this CORRUPTION SCAM along with the CAMERON OPTIMUS IT Management (Anty Krebs, Gge Sutherland &Min Jones), that encourage this back door activity to swindle the Cameron $$$.

Whoever lied to the CEO to get them to optimus was hopefully fired already.

Optimus literally turned one person tasks into 2 or more people tasks. It has made the entire company less efficient and forced Cameron to waste talent on pointless approval and conversion tasks.

Jobs that people did for 10 years by themselves now require two or more people. The shopping cart thing is just broken and really inefficient.

Also, because of this, everything takes longer. There is so much wasted time in the extra steps for optimus.

A quick win for a black belt project would be to revert back to legacy. It will be the largest savings in any single black belt project ever.

Also, outsourcing IT to deloitte (aka toilette) was a huge scam. I hope Schlumberger investors read this and demand action.

If you need IT workers then hire them directly, dont pay a 40% markup through a contractor middleman. We dont get any benefit by going through a contract company in an at-will state like Texas.

Cameron has plenty of HR managers to handle in house hires. HR managers are bored with nothing to do when all the workers are contractors.

It is blatantly obvious that everyone involved in optimus were people who had no idea how the plants used SAP. We just laid off a lot of good people, so I hope all the optimus screwups were laid off first.

Unfortunately I am too low on the totem pole to fix this. I really hope someone at the top sees the truth. I dont want Cameron to completely disappear because people making really stupid decisions.

Who said Deloitte is gone, they got another 1 year project and the top (OLD) Cameron management got it's portion before these top notch dacoits moved to ITT. They are planning to fire or roll off another 20 to 25% employees during the 3rd quarter this year. If you want to be in the payroll there are only 2 options 1. enroll yourself as contractors 2. Be a friend of your manager by learning Tamil & Telugu ( If you don't fall under the above 2 then please CYC & UYR - Clean Your Cube & Update your Resume

OPTIMUS helped the following to make millions of dollars in IT

  1. Deloitte 2. Independent Contractors 3. The Trios ( George Sut., Anthony Kre, Marvin Jon,) 4. Indian supervisors (Tamil and Telga) to bring their Friends and Family as employees and contractors.

In ITT & BSO except the first point above, all other points are continuing now with the help of these Cameron IT legends that are have multiple MS degrees in swindling money from any corporation

During the past years it looked like Optimus has acquired CAMERON. It was such a serious thing, much more important than doing actual business itself. Just like the Anderson Mitterling training for Cameron drilling sales teams, and the performance was judged based on that training and not in actual work in real life.

Ironically, the Anderson Mitterling was just a father daughter team, and many a times they were so billegerant and abusive towards students. The best part was the daughter was not even college graduate and was telling "we never fly less than business class" - yes because Cameron is paying for it, and nobody can say anything, because if you say anything against Anderson-Mitterling, you are fired or removed somehow. No matter how good you are at work

The entire Optimus program is bloated, and has never delivered on promises of better analytics and reporting. We end up building our own reports to operate delivery schedules.

Over budget. Under deliver. Poorly designed solution.

Had I realized the team got free food everyday, perhaps I would have volunteered for the team. Now it's time to consolidate into SLBs instance. What an investor return.
