Please, get rid of the dead weight... mostly, the so-called management (not even close to "leadership") that seem to continue to advise on how to get out of the problems that they created. Stop asking them for advice. There are still a few passionate folks out there that care. Pedigrees are nice but, many of your senior management are so, so, so 'not good'. They hire poorly, they make bad decisions (i.e., closing so many campuses... many of which even had classes during the day... who came up with that footprint strategy??? are they still here???), no regard for the B2B relationships that existed... (oh... the fools at APS... so glad they are gone - maybe WFS was an overbuilt empire but APS was a clown show). And, I've never heard of a single good thing about HR - they only seem to facilitate the poor decisions of management. And, We Rise. Sigh. How about advertising what makes us different? Not some lady hushing a security guard in a library... Our library is actually pretty good... and, its open 24/7. Never closes. Seriously. Let's spend as much time thinking and talking about ACADEMICS (theoretically, WHY people go to school) and less time talking about enrollment. Get the service component right, check the quality in the online classroom, and things will likely get better. Do a quality check on how that part of things is going (not great). Etc. Bye Felecia.
