Working way too hard. Not appreciated. No raises. No flextime. Way underpaid. Time to start looking. And I know I'm not alone. No efforts to keep us that made it this far.

To previous post. Management level at Hall so f!@#@!#!... Uncle Dave signed 3.5 billion for BHI in few years.. then company laid-off ton of employees were dedicated to company for years.. and he still got bonus... Halliburton nowadays just a funny/laughing business
When are they going to get rid of the stupid managers/teamleads at PE NB center? They re-organized that each engineer had two bosses: a function manager and a project manager. Do you really need that many upper managers? So you have to write two different reports each week to please the two bosses. And these bosses do nothing but surfing on internet most of the time. Funny thing is, none of these managers/leaders got laid off even we had been hit hard.
Damn right its the EXECUTION company .... like Game of Thrones ... :P

Yes, despite the brexit vote's unexpected impact on our continued operations, the trend for the remainder of the calendar year should be one which will support a "flat earth" model moving forward. If i may further add, hopefully the peace of mind afforded by this will allow us all to focus on the tasks at hand for a productive qtr 3 and 4.
