It's tough to see a company that took great pride in its customer service, now piss it all away. I worked for Cabela's for over 15 years. I won't step foot in a Cabela's retail store, because I don't want to hear about the credit card offer and not find what I'm looking for.
Cabela's expects loyalty, and gives none.
