I was layed off 3 weeks ago from the offices in Houston. I received a severance package, however, Its still not deposited. Can anyone tell me, who has received a package, how long it takes?

I got mine 7 days after I signed the release.
If you return the waiver on the same day it's given to you, then HR will hold it for 7 days before its submitted to payroll. Then the check is cut on the next Friday.
It took me four weeks to receive mine.
I got mine with in the next pay period.
it took 2 1/2 months for me. You can call HR but they will not call you back. I would call your old manager and have them talk to HR on your behalf. I left probably 40 messages for the fat HR lady and she ever returned one phone call as promised. Cameron cares what a load of BS.
