All the jobs for the young workers are in China now so good luck in the future. Old farts go first then the young workers go next.

A stupid easy data entry system that was supposed to organize things but the people that implemented it don't use it.

The people who do use it are dinosaurs that have not been retired or know a decent amount of data entry to make it easy on themselves. It's now been passed onto other teams to handle. "Other teams" meaning crap work unloaded onto the China teams. PM's slowly being outsourced may be good thing in some cases.

PLM was forced upon us by upper mismanagement who never had to use it so they didn't care how bad/ineffective it was nor how long it took to fill out, they just forced the working peons to use it.

It is so mentally draining to fill out this drivel & it just sucks whatever creative concepts you may have left in you.

What is even worse is that upper mismanagement can't even admit their mistake, fire who is left who implemented it, but Daz left on his own, then just get rid of People Leaving MattHell.

That would make to much sense.

PLM=People Leaving Mattel. Over 100 million dollars wasted on a useless system that has consumed countless man-hours, caused unimaginable grief, driven sensible people to quit, and forced Mattel to have grievous layoffs. Everyone who advocated bringing this curse to Mattel should be flayed alive, drawn and quartered, drowned, then burned.
