They only care about making money. Once he has reduced the company down to a point where they don't get their divided he will be gone, our problem is that most of Halliburton will be gone by that point also.

Shareholders love Dave.... He will layoff until no matter that there may not be qualified field personal to cover the customer needs.
But the shareholders will get there add ons.Dave will get his bonus.
It's all about big money and how much they can pillage before caught!
