Stop looking to Sinclair or Dickson or any of management for answers about your future. They don't care. Neither does anyone in "charge" of anything. We are in a "what's in it for me" period. Do you think Trump really cares about us? Maybe Bernie does but he is too far off the reservation to get his ideas enacted. Hilary? She's so corrupt and has so many backers in Google sized places that you don't know what to trust.
What needs to happen? Start by doing something selfless. Maybe your little act of selflessness will in turn cause someone else to do something for another person. It's that JFK speech about "not asking what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country". It's about giving up on soul sucking corporations like Mattel and striking out on your own. Think for yourself. Maybe you won't be able to have the super premium cable package for your overly large tv. You might have to eat peanut butter for most of your meals. But maybe you'll enjoy your life more and be more fulfilled.
I know it's hard to see a bright future sometimes when all you get is stress from under qualified people who have too much control of your day. And the capitalistic world that we live in has made slaves of many of us. But you have choices that you can make. You can spend your energy getting the life you want or you can spend it complaining and pointing fingers.
