Over here at BHI, we're laying off a shxt load of old assmanagers trying to clean up the pipeline and get the manipulated heads out of the way so new blood can come in and turn this company around. When will SLB start taking this approach?

By all means, get rid of those old guys. Hire some more snot nosed punks just out of college with no experience who don't know jack about the oil business. Good idea.
They missed their window of opportunity by holding o to them soon long. Now the middle management will be their only target unless they issue early.retirement package's. Poor strategy.

Yes indeed, get these old a$$ hags out with thier 1942 approach..
There will be a few more terminations as the overlapping jobs come into view. The higher 25 plus years type will be removed first. The new hires will not be brought in at the old pay scale that the older non-producing ones are getting now.
