We all know some layoffs are coming. We will not know the day or time until the layoffs happen. We can logic the layoffs out but will not be sure till it happens. We are still slower than slow. Enrollment will be hit. The layoffs will come from ACC/QC, ER, AA, FAs. The total only a few at the top know, you know the million dollar bonus buyout babies. Why do they even send email anymore. We do not even want to hear from the Bonus Babies anymore, move along.

Is there any updates on when layoff's will start. Will the cut the salary of people that stay?
Layoffs will probably happen quarterly. They were supposed to have buy out done by August. The more numbers drop the less need for staff. Higher level has to protect their jobs by eliminating lower level staff. I would LMAO if they start demoting people. Director becomes a manager and manager an adviser. Put these people back in the trenches talking directly to students Sell your snake oil.. Karma. That would be awesome to watch survival at its most desperate. Which managers and directors are left?
Get your profit sharing money out. If you have any. .Roll it over. It takes them forever to process a roll over and as is usual Apollo/ UOP process they give no valid reasons for delays. Do electronic transfer as mailing checks seems to confuse them. Then follow up with Northern Trust to make sure Apollo sent them the request. I think they have 90 days by law...call Dept of Labor for guidelines. Get money out while there is still money there. Warning..danger.

Rumors. UoPx has lost 138 million dollars in last 3 qrts.. Are we busy, no what has changed, nothing. So, layoffs are coming or you can stick your head in the sand. Nothing personal, just be prepared. We will all know when it starts and no sooner
