(A) BHI doesn't have the money to buy WFT
(B) WFT is in baaaad financial shape. What would be the point?
If so they are in for a treat. BHI has no clue how to assimilate another company. No idea how to do proper diligence reviews. BJ was a money looser they essentially bought BJ to put them out of business allowing the competion to get stronger. I laugh at everyday about how the gone andf'ed up that service line.
