so if aberdeen hr can get there act together we start to find out tonight starting with the night shift following on to the early shift and then day shift then backshift, so thats 2200hrs, 0600hrs, 0800hrs then 1400hrs. not dragging this out are they.
Lightweight management and continuous improvement teams not up to the task. The plant's never been efficient, has always been top heavy, mis-managed and had an unbalanced workforce, it's been lucky the industry was awash with spare dollars buying FS valves and equipment at inflated sales cost. Instead of greed RIF's and competitive pricing throughout Halliburton should've taken place a long time ago ensuring real efficiency. Stay away from mergers and acquisitions and make it to No.1 based on solutions, product and people.

Yup, back to hour long cuppy breaks around the T machine with your favourite PGL/RP and wasting the time that the newer faster cutting data has saved us. Ah the good old times.
good job everything is over now we can return to doing everything the same old way we used to, none of this new fangled efficent method.
