how flat is the atmosphere in work at the moment perhaps we should restart the social club?

will be glad when all this is over either way it goes, atmosphere is crap, mr brown is in denial, archie has disapeared . when was his last monthly update ? its easy to be the leader when everything is good and rosy now is the time true leaders show their worth. come on at least try and lift spirits and at least admit we are boned mr brown. please realise that this dragging out the layoffs is not helping quality or production everyone is distracted and its no wonder things are deteriorating daily.

Scoring this time is based on your 2011 PPR and Golf handicap and pist code . Please note that only private courses will be deemed of suitable stature. If you don't golf, then your simply not the kind of chap we need. Harsh but true.

somebody mentioned that there was some readjustment in the workforce, is this one of elliots 5s things ? all i know is there will be hell to play when i come back if anyone has moved my chair and cushion and retuned my radio , when my stress reduces of course!

Whatever you do don't contact the local press .. oh no not that. Be a loyal wee banjo player while the company reams you where the lassies don't touch.

The scoring has been done fairly,It has been done fairly this time. They can't enfasize this enough. That tells me there is something wrong with it. Maybe it's like Santa's list, they're checking it twice to find out who's been noughty or nice, that's the fairness of it all. St#n and gi#dy still smiling, that means someone's getting stitched up?

Maths? Don't you realise who you're working for pseudo-name? It's math in America. Hell Halliburton even changed the hemispheres around. Seems like someone's not halliburtonised enough, that makes you AT RISK

Hopefully for everyone's sake they don't use the same excel spreadsheet that works out the efficiency graphs. A work of fiction if ever there was

all has gone quiet archie on holiday, joyce going on holiday , scoring going on without senior oversight what could go wrong with pallet straightners and floor cleaners doing the maths ? these are the same muppets that work out the daily percentages that show how productive machines are that havent turned a chuck for weeks.

following procedures elliot has done a flo chart on the most efficent way to deliver the redundancies without affecting floor cleaning, and pallet straightening for the audit. remeber our employees are our most important assetts !

One ptl sits on his arse all day, one annoys folk about not signing out tooling, an the other 3 get stuff done, pgl's one keeps the floors Spock and span and the rest complement him in how good a job he did

Post ID: @9eaf+HzQ2dU4

Partly true theirs 5 PGL's, 4 and a senior PGL to hold they're hands. All failed machineists

Post ID: @9nuq+HzQ2dU4

Is it true Arbroath plant has 6 PGL's, 6 PTL's is this true. What do they do all day (night). What is that all about. We have 2 and 2 one of each for day and night. It sounds like you lot in Arbroath are at it and taking the p#ss out the management tree.

Don't blame the reps. Employee reps were just a legal requirement but will be powerless to change anything. Another Halliburton box ticking exercise. Not their fault

so the areas have been identified, now the speculation begins, just remeber when this round is over those of us that are left have to rub along together for however long weve got left so stab vests on and hands visible at all times.

It would be best if the store men got paid off, after all anyone can put a part on a shelf and then lose it. Keep one for goods in and one for goods out . The rest are not needed
