Yes we do. And a lot of us sacrificed previous salaries (since some other retailers pay more) moved away from our homes and familes, put in a lot of time, all to work for a company we love. Im sure there's some bad ones, but most I have met care about outfitters and customers to a greater extent than profits or they own income. It's not a cult of evil money sucking vampires.
I'm sure they huddle around...what else better would they have to do. This site is very constructive but most importantly the TRUTH when coming from us "peons"!

Managers don't care what is on here. It isn't their jobs to listen to the peons. Their job is to make sure Cabela's is making $$. Who cares about employee quibble.
