l don't think dump-quip will survive 2 to 3 years, demand your pay rise now, they the management haven't stop getting bonus, and they don't do sh--.
Is there anyone know how many people got layoff last Friday?
I've heard from a very reliable source, there will be no pay rise for anyone for approx 2-3 years.
