Thread regarding Baker Hughes Inc. layoffs

The start of a new week at BHI - what will it bring?

The big layoffs didn't happen last week, so where are the $500m cuts hiding? Perhaps it was all just a rumor and I can finally relax ?

Oil prices will continue to rise. They should be at $54 by end of August and $86 by the end of this year.

Despite the huge number of VP's and Directors, the majority of whom don't actually contribute to the bottom line, you can guarantee that very few (if any) VP's or Directors will be laid off.. it's all propaganda

Bankruptcy or sell off by VALUE-ACT. Same old BS this time with corn and green beans. And hair for old Crackerhead.

Who said layoffs might not happen. They're working from the top-down. Last week was VP level. This week will probably be Band IV's, then they'll get to the regular peons.

Waiting to get all organizational announcements put out - then the layoffs will begin.

With oil price rising I don't think there will be anymore layoffs this year.
