hiring a head of design who has no design experience makes perfect sense - when you're so insecure about your lack of design experience or skill, hiring someone with literally no design skills means you will never have anyone to challenge you. Cunning. It's also why a lot of HW designers left because they were tired of CD's bullshit and lack of direction.
It would be funny to post the job description for Chris's position, then list his skill set. It is embarrassing for the company to have someone in that position who is so lacking in the skills required.
At a 250k+ salary he's the only one laughing.

Not even close, he's the second most hated guy in the DC by a longshot. But he's consistently first in the useless and untouchable categories.
ChrisClicheClownDown is an idiot of the lowest grade but he's a great at kissing asswhich is all that matters @ MattHell so he's just awesome.
As a Design VP he can't even draw a cube in perspective but he's the best & he has a Marketing guy Ted Yu the Poo reporting to him which makes perfect sense @ no sense MattHell.
Can't wait to see/hear the Q2 results/propaganda...............which will be all bull sh--.
