Defined by the bylaws, and a change was introduced to those back in January. A review of the bylaw documentation will tell you what you need to know.
Is it true that an announcement must be made X amount of days before they can hold the meeting? Is that what we are waiting on? Isn't it odd that a meeting hasn't been scheduled yet or is this timeframe normal?
Shareholder meeting has not been formally announced and I have not received my ballot to vote. And this year... I'd damn sure like to vote. Three weeks ago, a date was listed on the investor site for June 1 but can't find it now.
when is the meeting and any supporting facts concerning the apparent possibility of a sale or just more hearsay? And rumor mongering.
Bank or corporate?
